Adapted from the teachings of the Healing Kitchens Institute in CA, participants learn the basics of making clean stocks and broths, and how to use them to make delicious soup and dishes that are plant-nutrient dense and packed with illness-fighting compounds found in everyday vegetables, herbs and spices, ingredients that have been used around the world for centuries.  This class is especially well-suited to family members and caregivers charged with keeping their loved ones strengthened while in a doctor's care.
