Every day, visit the ingredients and methods used in kitchens around the world!  From Spain to Japan, learn how some of the world's oldest culinary traditions continue to inspire today's chefs.  We'll visit and create dishes from a different country every day.  This is a hands-on participation camp for 12-15 year olds.
