Visit a new destination each day as we explore cuisine from around the world.  From South America to the Basque Country of northern Spain, we'll prepare and enjoy cuisine and food traditions that are inspiring today's top chefs.  This is a hands-on participation class for teens 12 - 17 years old.  

Small class sizes so early registration is encouraged.
